Reservations & Payment
How to Reserve Your Place
Deposit to Reserve
A $1,008 deposit per person reserves your place on the pilgrimage. Space is limited and reservations are confirmed in the order deposits are received.
Key Dates
July 31, 2026
Early Commitment Pricing deadline. Deposits refundable minus $150 fee until this date.
October 15, 2026
Final payment due. Full payment required to confirm participation.
After July 31, 2026
Deposits become non-refundable as hotel and ground arrangements must be secured.

What Happens After You Register
Once you register we will assist you with further information regarding international flights, visas, and suggestions for ongoing travel. We will also send:

— A detailed packing list
— Temple visit and travel etiquette guide
Travel Waiver & Passport Copy Required
When you make the full payment, you will be required to return a signed Travel Waiver and a copy of the information page of your passport (needed for hotel reservations).
Cancellation Schedule
Cancellation & Refund Policy
On or before July 31, 2026:
Full refund of payments made, minus a $150 administrative fee
Aug 1 – Oct 15, 2026:
Refund of payments beyond the deposit, minus any non-recoverable fees or costs already incurred. Deposit is non-refundable.
Oct 16 – Nov 15, 2026:
50% refund of payments beyond the deposit, minus any non-recoverable fees or costs already incurred.
After November 15, 2026:
No refunds available.
Additional Policies
— No refunds can be made for any portion of the journey not taken, including missed meals, classes, excursions, temple visits, or transportation.
— No refund is available if a participant leaves the journey after it has begun.
— Deposits and reservations are not transferable except in unusual or extenuating circumstances, and only with written approval.
— Domestic flights within India are not included. If arranged on behalf of participants, those costs are due separately and subject to airline policies.
Travel Insurance — Strongly Recommended
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation/interruption, baggage coverage, and coverage for international and domestic flights.
